paxman.jpegA slightly amusing story.  Yesterday I was Front-of-House-Manager at the Kenton for Henley's Literary Festival.  Jeremy Paxman came into the foyer a little early for his stint whilst Libby Purvis was still speaking in the theatre.  Jeremy has quite a loud and penetrating voice, so I actually said to him 'Jeremy, would you please lower your voice a bit...'  I can't imagine many people have ever said that to him and got the obedience I did...
